why should you join?
Through LEAD412, you will grow personally in your faith, improve as a leader, lead now through serving in MSM and be better equipped to live for Christ wherever you go after graduation.
What do we do?
1. Investigate
We review and think critically about what is going well and what could be better.
2. Innovate
We brainstorm some ways for us to accomplish our goals more effectively through adjusting current ideas and/or dreaming up new ones.
We do this with 2 pledges in mind:
-- I will not mock other ideas but consider them and provide thoughtful, respectful feedback.
-- I understand that we shouldn’t implement every idea and I will not get upset if my idea doesn’t happen.
3. Inform
Students get the opportunity to update Chad with the new and/or renewed trends in teenage culture. This is done for awareness and with the prospect of utilizing it to accomplish our goals as a ministry.
4. Improve
We begin a lifelong journey of development as leaders within the body of Christ as Disciple Makers who Apply The Word, Love One Another and Live Sent. Students will have the opportunity to:
-- Learn leadership principles that will help them in ministry and in life.
-- Discover their place and contribution within the body of Christ.
-- Influence people groups in our city for Christ.
-- Realize their potential to lead within MSM as a student.

When do we meet?
During the school year, we normally meet once every month on Sundays after church from about 12:30 – 2:00p (lunch provided). During the summer, meeting times vary.
